BILT meets a real need in our community. Walk through a village, drive down a country road, you will see any number of houses. Those houses provide the basic need of shelter. Shelters need upkeep and repairs in order to continue to provide protection from the elements. BUT Life happens. Weather takes its toll, finances can be tight and homes deteriorate.
Our faith is real. Our relationship with Jesus is real. Our compassion in our community needs to be real. Enter BILT. BILT is a real way to meet the needs in our community. There are numerous sayings that everyone has heard. "put your money where your mouth is or walk the talk". Fixing a roof or building a new set of steps is as real as it gets.
